How does Healness Massage work?
Wherever you are, whether at work, at home or at a hotel Healness trained massage therapists will come to you. All you need to do is download the Healness Massage app, sign up for an account an book your treatment. Payment is handled smoothly and safely through the app.
How much clothing should I remove?
It’s important that you’ll feel comfortable while using our services. Please keep your undergarment on during the massage. However our therapists are professionally trained to properly cover your body and make you feel as comfortable as possible
What types of services are offered by Healness Massage?
Choose the desired Healness Massage method; deep tissue massage, medical massage, tactile massage, anti-stress massage or classic Swedish Massage and confirm your booking.
What is our policy?
In case of cancellation or rebooking later than 24 hours before booked time, the user is charged full price. In exceptional cases, if the User can show that the late cancellation is due to circumstances which he could not verify and which the User could not have counted on when the booking was made, rebooking is allowed.
If a therapist is not available for your booking or is sick you will not be charged.
Can I book massage directly with the therapist instead of through Healness Massage?
Healness Masssage takes the stress out of booking a massage and is able to function because of the honor system. If you enjoy massages, we hope that you will do your part in keeping our eco-system intact. We strongly encourage our clients to use the Healness Massage App exclusively for all of their massage needs.
Do I need my own massage table and sheets?
The therapists will bring the massage table and oil.
You can either have your own sheets, 2 large and 1 small or use our rental service, ie.
